Asega – The Olympian

[col2 ]

Asega was confiscated in Uganda but was originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and since arriving at Ngamba in 1999, he’s never stopped moving (except for this rare photo of him resting). He has a gold medal in the high jump and used to routinely escape with his teammate, Mawa. He is also a wrestler and loves rough and tumble play with the other males. Adopting Asega would be like sponsoring the next great Olympian for the Summer 2020 games.
